Conway

Conway is one of my favourite places to spend time relaxing. It is situated on the North Wales coast, United Kingdom and has a Castle which was built on the orders of King Edward I of England during one of his periodic attempts to take control of the entire British Isles.

The picture is taken from Conway harbour from which short coastal excursions are operated during the summer months and also you can observe locals repairing their own boats before sailing.

Nearby is the smallest house in Wales which a lady in traditional Welsh dress will explain the history of and maybe let you take a picture of her and the house to show your friends and family.

Also to be found in Conway town centre is Aberconway House which is owned by The National Trust.

I find the calm helps me to remember what I love about going to visit places and the seaside activities I loved as a child.

Princess Mononoke

Anime is a thing I'm interested in especially when it tells stories vividly and recently I got this one.

Made in 1997, it depicts the clash between the natural world and its old gods and the rise of humans with the beginning of of modern civilization, showing three elements of the Japanese  psyche warring for supremacy in the form of an ecological fable
Young warrior Ashitaka sustains a wound that refuses to heel from battling with a cursed beast.

Anxious to secure a remedy for this supernatural injury, he leaves the remote village he lives for the forbidding forests of the west where he discovers an enclave of humans under siege from divine powers.

They are the deities of the past, the wolf gods and a wild girl of the forest called San.

Dvorak's 9th

Normally I only tend to have just one recording of a classical composition but sometimes I find I need more.

Dvorak's New World Symphony is one example where I have it within a boxed set of his symphonies by Rafael  Kubelik, a seperate disc by Macal on Classics For Pleasure I originally owned on tape and recently acquired this classic 1964 recording by the late Herbert von Karajan which certainly has bags of character and was very well recorded.

It comes with a selection of his Slavonic Dances that originally were on a seperate cd.

The Duality of being LSG

There's a big part of me who would love to wear or have someone put me in a dress like this as I'd soon take to it right down to the accessories.

I think it's very much as I see myself as a feminine boy, yes a real sissy gurl.

The funny thing is I'm not all dresses and soft cute bunny rabbits, like I can be as tough as my regular peers.
Very few boys never at least attempted to climb a tree cos for one thing it gave a clear view over everybody else, it certainly was a challenge and you wanted to prove your prowess in front of your mates.

It's the kind of thing I'd do too.

There was in our case the fact next to our school an orchard so there also was bounty to be had too for the boy that did and a well spanked bottom from our Headteacher if we got caught as besmirching the good name of school was a serious matter.

I'm really a mixture of active child and the cuter side of being feminine all wrapped up in frills.

A dolls party time

That I always loved dolls has never been in question even if some may of questioned it but to be honest this is all I'm wanting to do: To wear pretty dresses and play with dolls for hours with both us looking amazingly cute.

With everything that has happened I find it so therapeutic to be in a spot where all triggering things are gone, where the innocence that a child-minded me is at because of my brain damage loving and being loved for the life that is natural for me, free to be myself.

Matching outfits for me to go with the dolls would be icing on the cake!
