Easter Sissy

Well spring continues onward toward Bunny Time which brings back strong memories of childhood so it's no surprise in my world what matters outside of the Spiritual side of Easter.

Easter is a part of my Sissy Life especially in the more Little side of that loving a Easter party with frilly dresses, games and fun, fun, fun.

England's finest chocolate people strike again with this pretty decorated Egg which you might of thought was it except this also came:
Yes it's that cat again in her own exclusive design so you can tell I love Hello Kitty although I really really wasn't expecting it so thank you to the person who knows who they are for it as it's mooch appreciated.

I don't eat loads of chocolate but i just adore Easter Eggs and I feel small doing so.

Happy Easter folks!

St George and Easter redux

Two things this week on the blog thanks to scheduling and fixed dates one being that Last Wednesday was St. Georges Day, our patron saint here in England.

As the Eternal Brownie, I marked it too here as did thousands of brownies and guides, many march with flags, even more read about and create things about St Georges life passing on that knowledge about a part of our identity.

No, he wasn't caught on the hop this year just that Easter was a week later when we all got together after arriving on Friday having gotten a taxi and caught the train down so I would be less rushed which also had the benefit of enjoying a fish and part battered chip meal was people talked.

Saturday was the start of events proper and I was up just after six, possibly the earliest cos I go by British Cat Time - when you can see things you get moving - so after the last person arrived we started with an Easter Egg Hunt which the first step was to assemble your basket and having done that I found seven of them hidden all over the place.

We then retired for home made burgers with onion that we ate outside that were most scrumptious .

We then had to throw a bean bag at the rabbit to score points which wasn't my strong point  before the egg and spoon race which you could I was more slow and steady before the outdoor darts which I wasn't too bad at

Then each time had to retrieve a deck using a pole with chain but it soon transpired the chain was too long and heavy although one person did seem to develop a knack for it.

Then we had Tin Can Alley where one team member managed get a ball through the centre of the tins leaving those around the edges in a perfect inverted V shape and I knocked most of them off which was something!

We were treated to small creme eggs and a gingerbread bunny.

We then enjoyed an enjoyable bring a long a few things buffet  which I had B-B que chicken, pork pie salad and sausage roll before playing Easter bingo  and Family Favourites.

After much talk we got to sleep - for me opposite the fire - just before midnight and I was up for oatcakes and bacon before we went to the local pub for a meal which for me was a turkey roast and sticky toffee treacle pudding.

After that we made our ways home with Debbie kindly providing three of us a lift to the station.

Thanks to Jennifer for organizing the party and everyone contributing to a highly enjoyable event.

Easter for Brownies

Brownie units and their leaders can incorporate Easter themes and activities into their programs, often by completing an Easter-themed badge or challenge. Activities can include crafts like decorating animal jars or creating Easter egg treasure hunts. Brownie badges may also include information about the Christian holiday of Easter and its symbols.

Here's a more detailed look at how Brownies and Guides might celebrate Easter:

Badge and Challenges:

Easter Badge:

Girlguiding offers an Easter holiday woven badge, which Brownies can earn by learning about Easter traditions and symbols.

Easter Challenge Badge:

Some local Girlguiding groups create specific challenge badges for Easter, like the "Eggstraordinary Easter Challenge Badge from Girlguiding Hertfordshire".

Take Action Make a Change:

Some challenge badges can be linked to the "Take Action Make a Change" program, allowing Brownies to work on a project with a specific Easter theme.

Activities:

Crafts:

Brownies can make Easter-themed crafts, such as tissue paper animal jars to hold treats.

Treasure Hunts:

Plan Easter egg treasure hunts, where clues lead to chocolate eggs or other rewards, or even challenges to complete.

Egg Decorating:

Brownies can decorate eggs using various methods, like blowing out the egg and then painting it.

Learning about Easter:

The Easter badge and challenge badges provide opportunities to learn about the Christian holiday of Easter, including its symbols like eggs, candles, and lilies.

Easter time

Okay it is a couple of days after Easter Monday although yesterday I was having issues with bigger old windows that corrupted the usual browser to the point it had to be totally reinstalled eating up time and paw movement.

Computers just seem to be like that but anyway it's the time of year to be dressed in a pretty frilly dress as that little sissy gurl ready to enjoy all that easter has to offer.

I want that costume!

You may be off on an Egg Hunt, all being well I should be on a belated one next week, armed with your basket gently skipping as you look for your eggs which no doubt have been well hidden.

There's an Egg for consumption here, white cos I prefer white chocolate as it doesn't trouble my head as much compared to diary or especially dark which tends to last days on end.

Sissikins enjoyed easter for being hur frilled up sissy self.

Easter Edition

So it is easter, having seen the Church here decorated for various services like last Sunday's Palm Sunday, school is off which I'm sure will go down well with children enjoying time exploring, playing in the park and so on.

There is something else you do at easter, something I still love doing which is eating Easter Eggs and this one is mine as I find white choco doesn't give me as many migraines as dark brown and anyway that rabbit is most cute.

I also had this smaller one with white choco buttons inside too which was really nice.

HAPPY EASTER FOLKS!

Easter 2022

It is the Easter edition just a little bit later than you might think thanks to the publishing schedule here  as we don't deviate from it much apart from things like Christmas where you can't post before it and afterwards misses the joy of an "on the day" post.

It's very vintage but actually all those frills and satins do tie in more with this blog when boys could be more dainty which is no bad thing.

This is very much a little sissy gurl blog albeit coming from a feminine but biologically boy and there's no reason why I ought not to have a girls Easter card and still let my feminine side out because I am a Gurl like but never the same as a girl.

Didn't we all enjoy the thrills of chasing around hunting the easter eggs and just think if I could of done that in a pretty dress? That would of been just super.

Well little sissies like me have cutesy girlish eggs with bunnies on them cos that's so so us all over and that was mine this year before it ended up in my tummy!

For Easter edition

Unfortunately there is no Church thanks to the emergency and restrictions we can't have an Easter Service nor an Egg Hunt which is jolly sad really.

However emergency or not it is Easter and regardless of what some people have tried to do I'm jolly well going to mark it the way I always do.
If you were an actual bunny I'd hide if I were you as this bunny is milk chocolate by Britain's best chocolate people given Cadbury's has gone downhill ever since it was taken over by the Americans who've tried making our chocolate more European and I have no need for it!

This is made from decent chocolate of the sort we prefer here in the Midlands by locals and no doubt will be in my tummy by the end of the week!!!!

HAPPY EASTER!

Easter edition

On the nom here as you'd kind of expect for an Easter Monday having finished one set of my chores off for today, breaking into an egg with aid of a knife. Before now I've just bashed my way into it with a spoon but I felt like, you know, being a bit neater.

That's the before picture of my Egg!

Not the sort of thing I'd normally post but if you're with cute play, are submissive and maybe have a caregiver in your life this just might be the thing to do.

Have them dress you up in an Easter dress and bonnet for Easter that is! And organize an Easter treasure hunt so you can prance around all frilly hunting for those eggs.

I sometimes think a more coerced approach to bringing my sissiness out would reap rewards when it comes to feeling good about me and being better behaved as that tension just creates issues all the time.

Happy Easter!

Bunny reminiscences

In all the reverberating past presently I'm going through something came to mind that I hadn't shared here.
Actually for what passes as my formative years, and across two properties we lived in, we had rabbits, you know, pet rabbits, not the sort your butcher may stock.

They were generally grey rabbits.

Our first property had a fair sized garden so outside of the burrow, they had quite long run and play escaping soldiers in. The amount of times Dad had to go find them doesn't bare thinking about!

Our second properties gardens weren't so good being a Mews development, so the went run in the rear which was a bit better and as far as I can recall they didn't seem to escape so often but I don't if its we'd gotten more wise making it harder for them to escape of if they were more docile.

Rabbits always remind  me of spring and of renewal which at this difficult  time seems an apt thought.

Easter earworms

I've a little time to kill today so I thought I'd work on this weeks entry tonight instead of leaving it until later and I'll start of by thanking those of who read and remarked on last weeks entry.

One recurring theme from the last seven days has been how you can be transported back in time by such things as rewatching tv shows or  hearing and  maybe discussing such things as music as you recall people, places and events from that period that link in with your childhood.

There's a phenomenon people call the 'Earworm' that enables to you recall the sounds and tunes when they are heard again even if it may of been decades since you last heard them. It may even be one reason people listen to and collect recordings from the past apart from the joy listening to music can bring.

I had a number of those moments this week listening to some downloads of albums I hadn't heard in eons like the Miami Vice tv album.

Then talking some more around the subject of schooldays and the notion of being a schoolgirl with a few people in a more personal way proved interesting for the similarities in what we get from it - being the child, the love of uniforms and structure, finding an inner peace and when we first realized we were different than our peers.

The observant will note its no coincidence the red sweatshirts shown are just like mine!

Of course this week something special usually happens involving Bunnies and for some crosses.

It's Easter which means lots of things from the deep religious side to the side that's often seen in stores this time of year.
The bunny should be dropping this off for me to nom at Easter!
