Things have been a bit hectic here for various reasons but birthday was marked of sorts and we did have some presents such as a Beach Boys deluxe edition of their mid 1970's albums with unreleased versions and the like which was great cos they were an early gurlhood like of mine, having many singles and albums.
Things like that go back ages as do things I have around girlguiding like badges, activity books and even the odd period dressed dolly and this gurl loves hur dollies madly.
A few days after going around the sun again things remain the same,eh?
However you attempt to wrap this up, it's all about getting better at being you rather than really getting any older or different really as from the beginning of time people have tended to say by your early years they know what the chronologically older you is going to be.
For me it remains as it always did, a fine tuning here and there but basically the same me with no blinding "now I'm a grown up" moment so Mrs "happyasagrownup" I could never be you even if I tried, it wasn't there and I'm different. I'm happy not being one.
And that is okay really.
Like this is my birthday but it's just as it's always been essentially, routed over decades, very much in the first and a bit so you have the same sorts of things as presents cos that's what you enjoy and I'll add the odd post here and there about some of them cos I like things in some kind or order.
There were some more plushies, pretty lingerie, chocolate and money.
Although there will seperate entries later on I did get a Hall and Oates sacd of album I only have on record, a sacd box set of Violin Concertos and a few classical records.
The latest installment of Now Yearbook presents the '60's: 1963-1964 was a lp present, three discs that show the new sounds coming in that were to change popular music.
Why talk about them? Cos I'm more than any one thing, nay, this whole sissy gurl thing.
There were phone calls and cards obviously but every was as it remains and I'm happy about that.
It is easy to lose hours online going down rabbit holes even if some of that time ends up as time trying to ensure we don't go down the wrong sorts of rabbit holes that might cause issues later.
I mean I had to have some "correction" at one point as I was losing whole nights to internet addiction and I just couldn't stop myself resulting in tons and tones of functioning related problems affecting the real world.

And we are entering the month where towards the end of it we celebrate Christmas (although other people do celebrate other things too and that's fine).
Eighties fashions for girls was an influence for some of us but it wasn't all satins and neon colours there was something of a more peasant, rustic revival and very very dressy.
October is Fall as the American's call it as we step out of late summer with its sun kissed memories of having a kickabout during playtimes ready to embrace Winter and that comes with it.
If you are age dysphoric as I am you'd never want to do grown up gender presentations because everything around how that looks and how you see yourself as that child is so at odds it utterly freaks you out.
That is why as age dysphoria meets gender fluid feminine boy "Jane Boy" me I wear the sorts of things that are within that for children around my developmental age such as school skirts and pinafore dresses.
Christopher Whitehead looked pretty much as I'd of love to had at thirteen and both of us looked good in skirts, not trying to "be" girls just boys that like to wear skirts too.
As just about every British person knows the underwear we wear at school is different to what we might were elsewhere even to the point at one time the School Prospectus specified what you were to come to school in.
That doesn't mean "at home" a feminine boy like me cannot wear anything beyond either plain cotton knickers or Gym Knickers which despite plain jane looks are very comfortable.
Recently I bought these satin Ivy floral knickers in white silk with white lace along the waist and legs.
I also bought these and both have a plain white rear and are extremely comfortable having a good wide crotch area to take my boy bits.
As I have I am sure mentioned before the best thing sissies like me is where you can wear smoothest feminine but not sissy style effeminate pretty knickers you can for the buzz under your skirts and dresses to give you a totally different feel than boys cotton Y Fronts.
Life's a compromise at times but you might well embrace your feminine loves when and where you can as part of the one whole you.
It's a cooler and wet week this week than a fortnight ago but that warm period coincided with a good deal more dressy presentation but that often brings other things to the fore like just how gurlish are you and maybe I do need to work on some aspect although my walking isn't good for disability related reasons.
Often we do wish for a sister to really work with us on various things so it does become more second nature.
A room like this is what a Little Gurl Tammy really needs free of anything ikky male that become an oasis of gurlhood.
Is that too much to ask for?
Not much left of the old year now with halloween and that gone and temperatures dropping a little which you notice if you are out a fair bit as I am, working on my fitness which has never been exactly great

Feminine sissy gurls really need to embrace soft satin knickers with lace which need not be particularly wide to really take us out of cotton "y front" briefs and everything associated with them especially when we are in skirts and dresses.
Ideally they should be binned.
These are some I wear that also come with a small pretty bow on the waist band.
Age Dysphoria works its way into things with me such as presenting more as junior child than any adult so things that fit into it are clip on ties if dressing more as them at a social function or as a school child is a part of it.
That cuts across both traditional masculine gender presentation with shirts and grey school short trousers as much as pinafore dresses or skirts with blouses.
Sometimes I prefer to write really rather more about interests as a sissy gurl, not least a little sissy gurl and with me football was one as much that a game of rounders or field hockey had its appeal.
The cooler spell returns here after the last ten days or so so we're not flagging - well apart from the consequences of being up to see Austria win Eurovision 2025 although I wasn't viewing so much as I find flashing lights make me very ill - so we'll be tuned in by the time I have written this for this years WSL FA Cup between Chelsea and Manchester United.
Anyway Chelsea won 3-0! Way to go.
Last week was a bit of a tonic given some of the things I was dealing with but it does start a bit of this weeks blog off for the way in which some of those I know and one person in particular who does host events which are much appreciated have a very old school view on how "girls" (or Gurls for that matter) should dress.
Some of this does come from their own recollection of how girls dressed for school a good number of decades ago when parents and especially schools had very prescriptive requirements about uniform items even going so far as to specify your underwear!
In her world girls only wear gym knickers and p.e skirts for games and only play traditional girls games such as hockey, netball and rounders although some girls did play cricket but today things are different.
My local combined infant & junior school sets shorts (never skirts) as a requirement for games and many girls play football as the women's game has become very popular.
I've always enjoyed following and playing football too so in looking at what a little sissy gurl "should" wear I have arrived at the conclusion there is no reason why I shouldn't wear girls football shorts cut very differently than the long legged boys ones.
Another week and a bit of a follow up from last week in some respects following on from the period just before I was away.
Interestingly since the week before and the period after Camp I have been getting up a good deal earlier by at least a good hour which isn't just a matter of things such as bright mornings although at the end of the month that finger turning ritual of setting every clock and watch to Daylight Saving aka British Summer Time Begins where we kid ourselves the night is so much brighter.
It's not a trick I fall for but when official time is altered you can't live as if it hasn't really as transport goes to it - railways being what moved the UK to a standardized time in the first place - and shows on the radio and tv are listed to that too.
No it's something that has been talked about in the context of high school children, namely the tendency to check before bed and then having taken a device to bed to start waking up around three and rationalize looking around the likes of news sites saying I'll just have a quick look and soon a few hours goes by and maybe you crash to sleep.
Then you wake up quite a bit later as you've hit deep sleep later than you would of so you start the day late having had less sleep.
Given my spoon issues anyway it's not good so I'm keeping the electrics downstairs at night.
Perhaps I need old school parenting?
Tammy needs the swish of the cane at times.

This blog has being going, like ages sometimes going more down one set of interests and then the other but one thing was we achieved a good number of posts, all original, made over a variety of different computers from the legend that was "Treacle, the slowest thing out there in the west to the death of the old Windows laptop to the adoption of using Chromebooks to do most things including blog posts on.
One arrival late last year was this Lenevo Thinkpad 280 which had better processors and more ram for dealing with social media and BIG photo galleries apart from online in browser games which has helped matters somewhat not least for having easier to read keys.
I tend to use Windows for certain things such as running photo programs and cross posting so a solution was needed as much as for more everyday stuff I'm quite happy to use a Chromebook
Some sad trends continued such as the declined usage of one "little girls" site, sad cos I struggle with few very long continuous threads rather than themed threads on a layer of sub forums and some Tumblrs dropping off as trying to find tumblrs that are around littles fashion, age regression and really SFW can be hard going.
I do use Sissy Kiss that has its uses although it lacks some of more discussion and Daily Diapers that has some but suffers from a few vicious purist Little Girl warriors that although there's a sissy sub forum try to drive us away while Sissy School tends to be more "Big" Gurl by topics.
I'm working through developing looks that I feel comfortable in a variety of settings as some which may be fine for others just don't it for me or are unpractical when it comes to either putting on, fastening or being carried in the case across railway platforms before taking lifts.
Some of my older ankle socks were showing some signs of wear and tear so I did have for Christmas three of these of cotton calf length socks that will work with most things apart from just below the knee with patterns for a more sophisticated look while being close to the appeal of pelerine school type socks.
Music has always played a part in my life which why it is on here and 2024 did see a few more records being added, some from the The Original Source series of Classical re-issues cut from the original four and eight track tapes directly rather than copies and selected reissues from people like Analogue Productions.
I did get a good number of the mono reissues of the Beatles American albums from 1964 and some books about them for Xmas.
The Now Yearbook series kept going although generally on record I haven't bothered with the post 1982 issues but we did continue with the 1970's issues with 1977 and I expect as we get into the the New Year there will be issues from 1970-72 and 1975-76 which I will be buying.
Part of is tactile and nostalgia based, handling and lowering the stylus brings back the memories of playing the compilations of the day the is the music itself which I love listening to.
We did get away rather more than the previous year sometimes for a weekend, other times for a good few days for clean non kink connected fun just being your younger self, playing games, going out places and given we look after our food connected needs, helping out.
Plans are afoot to go away for the first quarter of the year and tentative ideas are being mooted for weekends too which should be fun.
Comics play a part too from the Beano to modern offerings such the Phoenix with more modern characters as do colouring books when the hands are up to it, getting absorbed in something relaxing either at home or away.
So it is Christmas Day today something that brings back the good memories of long gone Aunts, school friends and those parts of the season you loved and the bits that really irritated you, such as the presents you could never really get into as they laboured under the assumption you were a boy and, if that was bad enough, in later life a Man for cryin' out loud.
Just imagine what might of happened had your parents and wider family had the courage to if said "we don't know what they really feel they but we'll respect their wishes and let them explore how they see themselves, play with all our children as they are.
No "You boys do that", "Oh girlies, you can help with dinner or play with your dollies together".

We last looked at this topic in August given the distance and for that matter the amount of discourse over the last eighteen years at last we've been going and for that matter the highs and lows emotionally I have felt since I first realized I didn't fit in and wasn't transexual.
I was something else - Sissy - but every other person had there ideas on what made you it and even a very narrow road map to just coming out and being it because they missed off something essential, your own sense of self.

This is described as a "Sissy Dress" and indeed a dress worn by a sissy could be described as being a "sissy dress" but it has more in common with Little Girl dresses with just a bit of frilly lace rather than the satin petticoat festooned sort.
It's purposely a little short in length as little girl dresses are want to be but you could get a mini slip underneath to keep your pretty panties from showing if needed and have either frilly socks or tights to it.
The fit ordering from chest size and allowing for the elasticated waist proved to be spot on with enough stretch to take a well stuffed bra if that's you.
I got it from Dee's Boutique and it's simple, unfussy, but effective and a a sensible starting point to little sissy dressing beyond pinafore dresses and school type attire in settings where every one is in you (and others) just being little sissies.
You wouldn't visit a stately home or historic building ordinarily like that but just like sissikins here it's time to just let it out in the right settings.
Why shouldn't I be a dolly too?
The genius of this goes back to last week where we were away at a Littles meet where we'd only taken skirts with matching socks and tights and the BabyDoll nightdress and french knickers working through the last year and a bit of getting together a look for me that worked.
We've explored over the decades various ideas and takes around what being a Sissy Gurl is, how being "Little" fits into that and different presentations from the classic more adult sissy gurl to the more child-like little one and really the latter is the one that needs the attention.
You can just go with bigger versions of what actual girls wear which works fairly well around the Schoolgirl/gurl look but that's never all she is, she goes and hosts parties and visits places like the entertainment complex with bowling rings and a cinema.
What would the legally adult gurl would want to wear as school socks while "regulation" were never cool enough to wear at a party and where do we start getting a more sophisticated look?
Tights are an option, can be patterned but do get uncomfortable and aren't always the easiest of things to put on while stockings are basically inappropriate for children and for some of us difficult to put on and attach suspenders (garter straps).
There are other things like for those more on classic Little Gurl princess with hur plushie that need not involve ankle socks or school pereline socks.
A rose woven pattern with an elastic top helps to take that look and add a bit of elegance and sophistication to it.
These are what I really do like though.
I've always loved the look of stocking tops although I found tights easier (but not easy with my damaged hands) and the appeal of lace but these socks are really made for Cosplay wearing with Lolita dresses both as a social thing and also at Anime and Manga conventions role playing characters.
Now there are two styles these heart ones and some rose ones and both come in packs of two, one white which works well with dark dresses and skirts and the black that you'd use typically with white.
For me they replace stockings which is something on the more adult side mistresses had found worked well on me, making the most of my legs without both some of fetish connections that stockings today had rather than until the late 1960's women who were "old enough" just wore them and the issues of fastening (and getting them on neatly).
They work with all sorts of skirts and dresses in satin, wool and mixed fibres from the more modest satin dresses aimed for sissies to mid and mini skirts in polyester or even leather
They can easily fit within a glamour sissy look
The week saw me have with the one exception of white gym knickers for underneath a skort I wore for sports as I feel gurls like me really are better wearing feminine sports gear wearing just satin relatively plain knickers.
I found in one sense having to wear them really made me feel so much more a gurl for having soft materials, lace trimming and pretty bows.
I think in the context we are talking about here rather than what you might wear re-enacting being a school girl in the past, wearing fairly traditional uniform including the "regulation" school socks and knickers, the adult but little gurl having a social life should wear such knickers as a matter of course as they are pretty and as that gurl, you want to be pretty.
Thus going forward Tammy, who as we all know is definitely a Sissy Gurl will now be wearing such panties coupled with socks such as those shown above when she is not "at school" Tm from now on.
This is a look that is "Sissy" but is Little occupying the sweet spot that takes in Little Girl princess and adds the glamour of satins, lace without getting into anything "adult" but clearly recognizable to gurls.
Tammy is a pretty Little Sissy Gurl and benefits from presenting in a manner that suits Little Sissies.

This week we're going to the most celebrated little boy (of sorts) with the original form of audio book, the story record.
1953 was a very different era, many children lived in highly polluted cities where smog was a killer, grown ups ruled your life quite firmly and even those of us who lived in areas with our own accents and spoke in dialect informally such as here in twin conurbations of Staffordshire were expected to learn received pronunciation which was the language of radio and television back then.
Regional voices such as ours were kept down, we were the uncouthed, so to listen to these recordings does take you back but the star is Noddy and the magical world of Toyland and that was where I returned to this week.
In 1953, very much at her height as leading children's authoress, Enid Blyton went to EMI Records with the idea of making a sound recording of her reading a series of the Noddy stories for record.
She was open to the use of sound effects and songs to add dramatizing, realizing this all helped hold your attention and they were issued on ten inch (22 cm) 78 rpm records during that period where we were moving from shellac 78 discs to unbreakable microgroove 45 and 33 rpm ones.
They were recorded on tape which made re-issuing on 7 inch 45 rpm extended play discs with two sides of the originals to a single side easier and the quality is of the highest of the era.
Of course these are not the secretly rewritten versions where gollies no longer exist, everybody is presumed English of the dominant cultural norms and we lived in world we were just a step a way from the threat of a spanking.
Times change and will no doubt continue to but that world was closer to that of my childhood than that of today's and really one needs to explain to children about these differences so they understand different times have their own norms.
The story begins with the three Carlton children - John, Margery and Annette - being excited when a new family move into the house at the bottom of the garden. However, the older Taggertys - Pat, Maureen and Biddy are loud, rough, dirty and not at all the sort of children the prim, tidy Carltons want to associate with.
Due to an old friendship of their fathers they are forced together - two sets of Dreadful Children - who have to take a hard look at their own behaviours as they learn to get along, learning from the best of each other, understanding each others faults.
This is very much product of its era in terms of values but in showing the good in each family rather than pushing any one, I feel she was on the right lines.
You can kill iniatitive and imagination with kindness, preoccupations with cleanliness and respectability but there are standards too about respect for others, please and thank-you's and turn taking.
Sissikins has new pj's with a satin smooth finish that gives off very much a gurlish feel, you could never mistake them for boys which makes total sense
Because it can get warm as an option I did get a pair of matching French Knickers that could be worn with the top with pretty lace detail, again very gurlish and smooth feeling.
It all helps with feeling great as sissy me.
That is so so ridiculous.
Of course some sissies and much of Online sissy culture does run with all of that which if you see yourself as primarily an Adult who is very much sexual is totally fine.
Some do use traits such as dressing like a child as a humilation but that doesn't make being dressed like one necessarily a matter of being humiliated so much you are attempting to resemble a child- the child you see yourself as or enacting and they sure don't deserve to be seen as a kink ever.
Little Sissies can and do exist - unlike LG's (Little Girls) we tend to be more frilly feminine than most of the same emotional age and perhaps by their standards effeminate - but basically we like the same games, play with toys that uses our imagination, dolly tea parties, arts and crafts, dress up sessions and the like.
When we're like that we do things that are more child-like enjoying being that child even if we're more frilly from many a LG.
Having been their and done it I know it exists in just the same way Adult Sissy stuff does and really it's entirely up to you what side if any you're on.
Just quit lecturing people about things you don't know and haven't had the life doing.
The good thing about being a little sissy gurl is you get to enjoy little life all over again as you really were

It's Summer.
As sure as eggs are eggs Summer comes around after things like year Exams and things like GCSE's (or O levels in my day) and your A's we work through before the six weeks or more before the start of the next term.
Unless your folks are the sort that pulled you out school for a week before, which happened then, and sure enough does today but soon what started of as "Yay freedom" soon turns to "I'm bored" and then if you were away the day you wanted to go to the beach, it was raining over Bill's mothers too so that was off.*
You needed something that didn't just occupy the time, you needed a good laff to bring a smile back on your face after that disappointment and for many of us it was the special Comic Specials.
Thing is, us old-young at heart readers are slowly reducing so it's not enough to just cater for the retro adult market, you need to reach out to actual modern children so you can't just keep old cartoon strip series in, you need to add new ones that exist more in the modern world and so we continue with last years Dandytown Scouts, modern but easy for us older readers to relate to as much as todays youngsters.
Then D C Thompson have reimagined Dina Mite as Dinah Mo as a ecological activist caring about the environment (and we should) and had Lew Stringer draw her with both new strips with a more diverse range of children from we had in 1977 or even 88 reflecting how society has changed.
