Crashed out and playful thoughts

Sometimes the unexpected happens.

 After last weeks look into classic cartoons we're away from anything spinning this week although last Friday was rather more like this, crashed out part way talking with your BFF who also did cos we tend to run out of spoons rather quickly.

That said sometimes with the old Windows Laptop that's a bit temperamental having a tendency to switch off suddenly at ten minutes on mains but running fine off batteries until the Battery % amount gets critical  but it does charge the battery up when plugged in to the mains adaptor to 100%.

But when you feel flat there always stuff that really perks you up.

A soft touch dolly in 1970's brownies uniform but don't ask where the knitted hat ended up as I have no idea you can hug and cuddle up to and in the front room there's a more regular 8 inch (20cm) posable dolly on on the shelf looking out.

One LG seems to have a struggle to understand another at their website can indeed live in that mindset, sometimes the odd person has questioned it with me but honestly for some of us it's the most natural thing to the point you're not playing the mind games others around seem to be.

We just don't feel that way.

A little spooky Barbie fun

Well did you enjoy your Halloween fellow sissies?

Was something more like this your idea of the costume to be wearing, classic black witch with hat to quite feminine.

Ken today is thankfully very much Barbies sissy plaything dressed in pastels, learning to enjoy being second to Her.

Did you ever feel like dressing him up in a dress or classic girls swimsuit, giving them a new more suited gurlish name like Kerry or Kimmie creating adventures that only you'd come up with cos secretly it was you who wanted in on them?

I'll bet you did -  I sure did!

Dollies and the the Feminine Gurl

 Another week, our 1,000th post and in view of some of my posts in varying places I am going to post something around a topic I don't think can be ignored.

The sissy gurl is just that - feminine but biologically male which tends to show in many ways we've looked at over time such as how we present ourselves compared to our peers in society and we've mentioned a bit about growing up as a feminine boy.

I've spoken about schooling but a big thing then was play and play is in many ways the last frontier of gender stereotypes and gatekeeping and play includes action figures typically for boys who are masculine and dolls for most girls often the more feminine.

The feminine boy has been missed out cos he may play with either which is perhaps in some respects more balenced and that was true for me personally at the time.

So it is interesting that a leading toy company is showing in a commercial a boy playing with dolls which are clearly feminine from which this is a still from.

Everything around the boy is pink.

That is code for: Girls Only so I think we clearly say he's a feminine boy even if his dress is more gender neutral and he dresses and plays with them.

Given these dolls are Barbies they are clearly "dollies" dolls to be dressed as fashion icons, practising looks and ideas.

Looking at the rest of us we really need to go back and start playing with dollies ourselves.

The simplest are woollen dolls which are fun to hold, hugs and tip-toe in adventures we create using our imagination.

The next level up is the moulded doll which typically come in 8, 12 or 18 inch sizes such as this American Girl one whose outfits can easily be changed to place in different eras and sorts of adventures from school days to parties and are generally very well made.

Another sort is more action figure but with changeable attire such as this Hermoine Granger dollie from the Harry Potter franchise with bendable joints, supplied in UK inspired school uniform.

Finally for the more responsible or older feminine boy/gurl there are the porcelain collectable dolls that come with stands where the character is set in period which are collected and handled rather than played with on the floor or in a park.

Dollies are a feminine gurls joy helping him see how they can be and something they can share with girls which they often crave to be allowed to play with, having fun, expressing hur more girlish feminine nature.

Of paper dolls and dollies

 Being a sissy there are some things that I am drawn to and this weeks entry looks at  them.

I cannot truthfully deny I love dollies and playing with them having a good number and what would be nicer for a little sissy gurl like me to have Brownie dolls I can make adventures while playing for hours to my hearts content?

One thing I remember well from reading comics that were either for boys and girls or just girls were the cut out features such as dolls that you then folded over the figures body to dress up.

The concept of paper dolls and boys being together at the time was never something you saw much of for boys but paper dolls had an appeal.

My own interest in making them from the cut outs and playing with girls with them showed I had gender variant feminine side, an example of which is above.

I fully embrace my sissy side today.

A time for play?

 

Really this hasn't been the greatest of weeks but the crazy thing is when I'm like this I have the most vivid colour rich ideas running through my head.

What I need is really this, being taken away to just play with thinks like a dolls house, model farm, a sand tray or toy car circuit being dressed as the most juvenile girls attire, spoken down to and lead into playing  utterly free from any adult or even adolescence pretensions, losing myself utterly in the moment.

These were the things we played with as children both at home, school and at Child Guidance cos I had a lot of issues even then.

That's more what I need.

Lesson for dolls

As no doubt some are aware a different kind of history has been made today, I thought I would made a different post this morning.

I found this image a while ago of traditional German classroom modelled with dolls that reminded me of the kind of junior education I had. 

For one thing we had to write out and learn by rote your times tables up to 12, that were put up on the chalkboard and our teacher did have a long stick they pointed at it (and threatened you with!). 

Also the desk were wooden with a slope that interestingly many are now saying were better for reading and writing on having removed them for flat stackable tables and chairs.

There were maps on the wall, one showing the extent of the British Empire (as was), something we were proud of and a small class bookcase.

Turning rather more to the dolls I find it is interesting a number are in sailor uniforms, a Edwardian idea and like how the person has added matching satchels. 

More dolls for this adult little gurl

Hey, hey folks this week I'm talking about a couple  of friends who've recently come into my life after requiring a new home.

They're a reward for moving along in letting my feminine boyishness out as in this recent picture I'm wearing white girls knee socks with pretty bows on.

First up is Millie who as you can see is a  magnificent 8 inch 'vintage' rag doll in her sailor uniform including woollen bloomers in pretty good shape.

In addition to that one here is her rehomed friend, Amy

Okay for feminine boys of certain chronological age  this means something because she is one of the Holly Hobbie characters popularized in the works of Denise Holly Ulinskas, an American children's story writer.

The cat-loving, rag dress-wearing little girl in a giant bonnet and licensed to Knickerbocker Toys who popularized these rag dolls in the mid 1970's. 

Amy is an original  and had to be resewed carefully during her previous life but otherwise is in good rather than exceptional shape.

Be that as it may, these were the dolls my female friends played and now I have Amy to play with when I'm dressed in skirts.

Introducing Lauren

 

This month we're talking about a doll I bought which is something as a feminine boy I really do adore that I recently bought from a store that was due to close down.

She's a Vanity Fair doll coming with a certificate of authenticity that the designers called Laura but I beg to differ about that name so I went ahead and Christened her Lauren instead as I just love that name after removing all the packaging  with bubble wrap over the joints.

I like her face and hat.

The world of tammy wasn't always the happiest of places because nobody cared that much that she was a gurl even if the paperwork recorded her down as a boy no matter how many clues when it came to her interests and behaviour she let out.

What I wanted the most was to wear the prettiest of dresses with frills and dainty shoes just like the most feminine of girls, presenting as my own gender, sissy, and enjoying it to the full.

I'd happily be put in this just like a little dolly.

One fascination I had in my junior years was collecting dolls in their individual national costumes partly as a gateway into finding out about different countries, customs and cultures and also because I just loved dolls with their pretty outfits.

The alpine regions of Italy, Switzerland and Austria also held a fascination for me too.

Age Regression and the sissy gurl

 

You know I get so regressed at times you'll see me walking about clutching a plushie as I feel so nervous inside I need a comforter even in public.

I love Angelina Ballerina lots.

Cutting out and making paper dollies to play with was a thing I loved and when regressed revert very much too.

Now that set is very much up my alley!

Sissy gurls like truly adore dollies and should be encouraged to dress in pretty dresses and frillies often just like our playthings.

Rag dolls are really cool to collect and play with.

I also just love to drink milk from a class surrounded by my teddy bear dunking chocolate chip cookies into it.

Sissy gurls like me deserve to be dressed as little gurls by girls and women while we are being regressed, learning to act again on our little gurl instincts.

I honestly don't feel remotely adult at all.

Dollies and Sissy Gurls

It's the last entry of the month into this new blog so I'd to talk about something that does play a important part in my life as a adult little gurl and that is dollies.

I have a good number of dollies I do like to play with and here is one of me playing with Holly Hobbie, a ragged doll popular in the late 1970's and into the 1980's with very much a rustic country girl appeal.

It can be one thing to play with dollies, dressing them up but that can work the other way around where you get dressed up rather like that doll in pretty dresses that are a bigger version of what they are wearing.

One thing I did do a lot of although it had to be hid from boys is play dress up with dollies using paper cut outs and today I play computer games that enable you to dress up dollies from wardrobes using your computer mouse and save the completely dressed dolly.

I love teddies and other stuffies loving to walk around with one in my hand when not making up imaginary stories featuring them.

Most dollies today are plastic and here is a collection of Barbies from the past with a variety of differing outfits on you can build into a story you can re-enact perhaps with a friend or two to help out.

Of course it can work out YOU become the dolly in the hands of a dominant female who may be a playmate of a similar age who plays dress up ON you or a adult female as they're both playing the same game with a Gurl.

As a Sissy Gurl, Tammy acknowledges she is not a Girl and accepts the dominance in any relationship, social or otherwise of girls or adult females obeying them obediently 

A Gurl gives in to a Girl: She doesn't give in to hurself, being the sissy she is.
